The paddles move the water to produce acrystal-clear hollow ice cubes. Once ready, the hot gas allow the single cubes to fall down in the tank. Ideal system for ice production in place where water is really hard for calc.
BACK COUNTER: Medium and large machines to be fitted in kitchens, on the back of the bars of to be shown at the front desk. Suitable for restaurants, bar areas of discos,buffets and parties. They can be used as a desk or to place light things, thanks to the maximum height of 110 cm and maximum width of 90 cm, with no waste of space.
